Randy Miller’s Battle Is Over

Randy Miller, the 39-year-old drummer from the band The Myriad, was diagnosed with Chondrosarcoma (cancer of the bone), two years ago. The tumor was removed from his shoulder on Halloween in ’08 and throughout most of 2009, he underwent chemotherapy every three weeks. The prognosis went from “iffy” to “looking good” and Randy was even able to tour for a month in late 2009 with his band. In February of this year, the cancer came back and Randy and his family were told that there were no medical alternatives left.
