@vicktourthemonster i dont think God cares about all of that. i think it depends on where your heart is. if you are using these material things to flaunt them and be flashy then yeah. but if he wanted to keep his earrings then cool…im sure he isn’t trying to be prideful by wearing earrings. I think if he was trying to be prideful about the things he has, he would speak about it in his songs.
Lecrae is awesome i have met him so many times and he is a big insperation to me.

@meritmone well if he loses church members because of earings, then those people werent their for the Jesus……thats like when people judge me because i wore baggy clothes and when i step in the church they wonder i must be hear for somthing besides God..

Hey do u know wat it means to be a model. i am a minister and i know how my life affects others.wats the difference between when u wer unsaved and wen u r bornagain if u still look like ur past.please wer did ear piercings start from can you tell me.have you ever had saying never do something you dont know its origin.i love lacrae but if we look like the world physically wats the point.we are supposed to be different in everyway possible.I imagine my pastor wit earings.he’ll just loose a worker

@cscw79 It has to do with vanity. Just for looks. As for me I use to wear earrings and be very into fashion trying to dress better than everyone. With that comes pride. Pride will send you to hell because it’s sin. So why where earrings or very nice clothing if we are Christians. I believe a regenerated person will not care for those things. So now the way I dress is cheap, plain, simple. Before I submitted to Christ I dressed flaunty and extravagant.

I’m sure God is pleased with what he is hearing come from his mouth…so let us all NOT worry about his outward appearance and look at his inner man….but AYYYYEEE I USED TO DO IT TOO!!!

Do you really think God is concerned with someone having an extra hole in their ear? Really? I think we should be different in our behavior. Are we going on Mission trips? Are we giving to the poor? Are we selling our extras so we can give more to the poor? Are we loving our brothers in Christ even if they are different culturally? Are we taking care of our widows? Lecrae IS different. He accepts no royalties. He lived in the hood for ministry.
