CeeJ is one of the best “sixth man” artists in the game right now. From the first time I heard him featured on a M.A.J.O.R.S. track from his mixtape, I knew this guy was going to go somewhere. I can see why he called his new mixtape “The Quiet Storm”. This guy is going to sneak up on you and start dropping down some bars of rain and thunder that you will have no choice to hear. Look up, the clouds are starting to form now.
