Derek Minor Lands Placement on The CW’s “Black Lightning” TV Show

Derek Minor AKA “Hamberder Minor” on Twitter had a huge win this week. The song “It’s Not A Game” with Derek and Canon was featured on this week’s episode of “Black Lightning” on The CW channel. The song was used during an epic fight scene and really made the scene come alive. Derek had this to say about the opportunity, “Can’t believe a song me and @getthecanon made in like 30 minutes is doing so well. Thank you @cw_blacklightning for featuring “It’s Not A Game” in a epic fight scene.” With his extensive catalogue, one can only hope for more placements for the head of RMG. Christian Hip Hop is probably the one genre best suited for TV placements because of the lack of explicit material and the absence of cussing(no editing needed), let’s hope more shows pick up the dope music in CHH!
