Philadelphia, Pennsylvania-based emcee, Da’ T.R.U.T.H., recently announced that he crafted the music for Champion Boxer Andre Ward’s official highlight reel, which is posted on Ward’s Instagram.
Da’ T.R.U.T.H. has walked with Andre Ward during his ring entrance (for fight versus Paul Smith) and performed the “Ward Em Off” song.
Andre Ward is doing big things. On June 17, he defeated Sergey Kovalev by 8th round TKO to retain the unified Light Heavyweight title. He is the last American male boxer to win a gold medal at the Olympics (2004).
Da’ T.R.U.T.H. has spoken on apologetics, theology, music, and culture, among other topics in various cities around the world. The urban scholar (Philadelphia Biblical University, The Institute of Jewish Studies) has collaborated with Dr. Ravi Zacharias and was recently sharpening his mind at Oxford University. The GRAMMY-nominated hip-hop artist is working on a new mixtape. His ‘It’s Complicated’ album (#11 on Billboard Rap Albums) was one of the most popular CHH projects of 2016.
