LISTENING SESSION: Jerry Blackwell “Love Eternal Vol. 1: Hello Forever”

Much has been afoot in Jerry Blackwell’s life since releasing his critically acclaimed, yet widely slept on, debut album “Reality Check”. After receiving his Bachelors of Arts degree from North Carolina Central University (birthplace of legendary hip hop group Little Brother) he flew to England and completed a graduate level Theology program at Oxford University (where he also played on the University’s Basketball Team). Upon returning to the States he recorded an EP with Fatin “10” Horton (member of 9th Wonder’s Soul Council) entitled “Still I Rise” which is set to be released early 2012.
In addition to this there is still a more important milestone set to take place in this young emcee’s life…he’s getting married!!! To commemorate this very special occasion he is releasing an EP entitled “Love Eternal Vol 1: Hello Forever”. This project is dedicated to his future bride (Latoya) and a thank you to the family, friends, listeners, lovers, and dreamers who have supported him on his journey thus far. Listen, Share and Enjoy.
