A Template for Prayer

If you go to a bookstore to learn how to write a resume for your job application, you’ll buy a book with sample resumes. The examples in the book are there to help you create your own resume. It’s obviously not intended that you copy the sample information – you fill in the blanks with your own personal information.
And that’s the way it is with the prayer Jesus gave to his followers as a sample when they asked him how to pray. We call it the Lord’s Prayer. It was never intended to be memorized and prayed by rote. We are to think of it as a template, a form for us to fill in the blanks, an example for us to follow in our own words.
When you want to pray, instead of repeating the Lord’s Prayer verbatim, use it as a guide. Fill in the blanks with your own information and make it your personal prayer!

Thanks for another informative website. The place else could I get that kind of info written in such a perfect way? I’ve a mission that I am just now working on, and I’ve been at the glance out for such information.
Hey wow i just want to say that the new Album Rehab is kicking.. But the reason im talking my mind for a couple reasons:
I’m a student at Faith School Of Theology in Charleston ME, USA and another Student here name Samuel Coleman is a huge fan of Lecrae and when he got the new hit he was stocked.. then i went to him and i was talking about the new hit that Lecrae just put out Rehab..so we were talking and we thought that it would be SUPER fly that if on the next tour that Lecare has if he could make one of his stops here in Maine to stop some were in Bangor or even the church that we all go to which is just down the road from the school.. so we went around the school and the most of the percent of the students said that they would go to the show if Lecare came in Bangor or some where in Maine.. and like we would advertise it all over the place!.
But yeah it would be sweet to have him come and rip it up and do a crazy show. well thanks for listing hope to hear from you soon.
