The Elevation Project, established in 2024, spawned from the 10-year-strong Elevation Conference. The Project operates as a weeklong intensive program in Boston to develop and disciple Christian artists.

The Elevation Project Concept
The initiative serves approximately 10 artists between the ages of 18 and 32. It focuses on those within the Christian R&B, hip-hop, and rap genres. By covering all participant expenses—including lodging, food, and transportation—the program aims to eliminate financial barriers to entry for emerging creators.
It takes place from May 25th to 29th.

Mission and Artist Development
The program was founded on the belief that Christian artists are no longer the primary trendsetters in the current music climate. They are often unprepared for the challenges of the mainstream industry. The Elevation Project seeks to create a safe space where young Christians can become well-rounded professionals capable of navigating the music world without compromising their faith.
The curriculum includes a variety of specialized courses, such as:
- Financial Stewardship
- Navigating Record Deals and Contracts
- Performance Coaching
- Social Media Management
- Balancing Faith and the Mainstream Industry
Participants engage in creative masterclasses, one-on-one mentoring, and hands-on workshops throughout the week. The program also provides ongoing support through monthly meetups and career pipeline access.
The Elevation Conference
The Elevation Conference serves as the flagship public extension of the project. Originally founded in 2015, this annual weekend gathering brings together hundreds of creatives, entrepreneurs, and cultural leaders in Boston. It acts as a platform to scale the project’s impact to a broader audience through immersive community experiences and skill-building workshops.
Key Conference Features
Industry Panels: Discussions cover a range of topics, from “The Purpose and Power of Music” and production techniques like sampling to broader subjects such as “Should Christians Consider Therapy.”
The Plug: A high-stakes music feedback showcase where emerging artists perform for a panel of A&Rs, label executives, and DJs. This event has historically served as a launching pad for several artists, resulting in numerous record deals.
